Schizophrenic Brain Trust: Stories of wallpaper pieces

“Schizophrenic Brain Trust” is an exhibit involving a big giant 10’ x 6’ brain, vintage wallpaper drawings of the brain that are shaped into an animated character, and small drawings done with a rapidograph which represent hallucinations that are similar to the ones on the large brain. This piece investigates schizophrenic thought processes which lead to fragmentation, interrupters, and dismembered perception. It is in these secrets that we truly come to understand the psychotic state.
